Take the repetitive work off your team's plate.

Start with one job that eats your team's week. We help you pick it, build AI into the tools you already use, and show you what changed in hours and money.

The kind of work we take off your plate

Got a different one? Tell us about it and we'll say whether it's worth doing.

Three ways to work with us

AI Opportunity Sprint

Find out which job is worth automating first, and what you'd get back.

Two weeks
  • A map of how the work really happens, and how long it takes today, built with the people who do it
  • For each option: can it be done, what it would pay back, and what could go wrong
  • A written scope for the first implementation, which you can run with or without us

Best for: Finance and operations teams who know something has to change, but not what to fix first.

What you get: A decision and a plan your team can act on, even if you never hire us again.

AI Workflow Implementation

Get one job off your team's plate, running in the tools they already use.

Scoped per project
  • A written spec, and an agreed definition of done, before work starts
  • Connections to your tools, approval steps and a manual fallback, all tested on your real past cases
  • Monitoring, documentation and a proper handover to someone on your side

Best for: Companies who know the job they want fixed, or have a pilot that never went live.

What you get: One job running in your tools, before and after numbers to show for it, and someone who owns it.

AI Operations Partner

We keep it working and keep making it better, so your team doesn't have to.

Monthly
  • Regular checks that it's still getting things right
  • Someone to fix it when it breaks, within agreed support hours
  • A look at running costs, and a monthly report on what it saved

Best for: Teams with something live who don't want to babysit it.

What you get: One place to call if it goes wrong, and a monthly view of what you're getting for it.

Team AI Workshop: Two hours with one team, built around a job they do every week. Book it on its own or alongside a project. Ask about a workshop

How the work goes

  1. Pick one task

We choose it with the people who actually do the work.

You get: A straight answer on whether it's worth doing

  2. Time it

We clock the job on real cases before we change anything.

    You get: Your before number

  3. Test on past work

We run it on your past cases and check every result, so mistakes show up here and not with your customers.

You get: A list of what it got wrong

  4. Go live with review

It runs in your tools. A person approves what matters, and you can go back to manual at any time.

You get: A working process and a named owner

  5. Report what changed

We compare the numbers, warts and all.

    You get: Your after number

Every stage ends with a decision to carry on or stop. Stopping is a fair result if the numbers don't justify going further.

10x, with receipts.

Every project ends with a short report: how long the job took before, how long it takes now, what it costs to run and what didn't work. You can put it in front of your CFO as it is. If the numbers don't justify the work, the report says that too.

How to get started

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us about the task and your team. It takes two minutes.

  2. 2

    Talk

A 20-minute call to check that we're a good fit. If we're not, we'll say so.

  3. 3

    Start

You get a written scope and price before you commit to anything.

Before you apply

Can you guarantee a saving?

No. We measure a baseline and report what changes. Some tasks turn out not to be worth automating, and finding that out early is part of the work.

What if we're not ready?

Start with the free guides. The AI basics path and the starter kit are enough for many teams to begin.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the offer and your team. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a price on the call, or in a written scope.

How do you handle our data?

We use only what the work needs, within tools your company has approved, and sample or anonymised data where that's enough. If you need an NDA, ask us before sharing anything.

Will it work with our tools?

Usually, if your tools have an API or work with an automation platform. We check this before we scope the work, and we'll tell you if it won't.

Do we need technical staff?

Not for the sprint or workshop. For an implementation, you'll need someone who can give access to your tools and someone who owns the workflow afterwards.
